If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and refunds. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed on https://luxionlondon.com/.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms in this policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting on the Site.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within this window to be eligible.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached, packaging intact, and accompanied by the original order confirmation or packing slip.
- Proof of Purchase: Returns require the original invoice or order number.
We do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) unless defective.
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as such on the product page).
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or alteration.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Log into your Luxion London account or contact us via email at support@luxionlondon.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack Your Return: Securely package the items in the original or similar protective packaging. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Return: Use the prepaid return label we provide (for eligible domestic returns) or ship via a tracked carrier at your expense for international returns. Drop off at your nearest post office or carrier location.
- Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 3-5 business days), we’ll process your request and notify you by email.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Late returns may be denied.
Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability, within the 30-day window. Follow the return process above and specify your exchange preferences in your return request. If the exchange item is of equal or lesser value, no additional payment is needed; otherwise, we’ll charge the difference.
Refunds
- Refund Amount: Eligible refunds include the full purchase price of the item(s) (excluding original shipping fees). Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we shipped an incorrect order.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and approving your return. Funds will appear in your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 3-5 business days thereafter, depending on your bank or processor.
- Partial Refunds: For partial returns (e.g., only some items from an order), the refund will reflect the returned items only.
We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, carrier errors, or changes of mind on non-eligible items.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost, at our discretion.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes on the return shipment. Refunds will exclude original international shipping fees.
Sustainability Note
We encourage trying items on carefully to minimize returns. Returned items are inspected, cleaned, and resold where possible to reduce waste.
