Cancellation Policy

At Luxion London, we understand that plans change, and we’re committed to making cancellations straightforward for your clothing and apparel purchases for ladies, kids, men, and the entire family. This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed on https://luxionlondon.com/.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms in this policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting on the Site.

Eligibility for Cancellations

Time Frame: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. After processing (typically within 1-3 business days), cancellations may not be possible, and you’ll need to follow our Return and Refund Policy instead.
Status Check: Log into your account to view your order status. Cancellations are only available for “Pending” or “Processing” orders.

We do not accept cancellations for:

Orders that have shipped (use our Returns Policy for post-delivery changes).
Custom or made-to-order items.
Digital products or gift cards (if applicable).

Cancellation Process

Initiate Your Cancellation: Log into your Luxion London account, go to “My Orders,” and select the option to cancel (if available). Alternatively, email us at support@luxionlondon.com with your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation.
Confirmation: We’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm the cancellation. If approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
No Action Needed: If your order is still eligible and you request cancellation promptly, we may automatically process it without further steps.

Please note: Attempting to cancel after shipment will result in the order proceeding, and returns must be handled separately.

Refunds for Cancellations

Refund Amount: Full refunds, including original payment and any applicable taxes, will be issued for approved cancellations. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error (e.g., incorrect order confirmation).
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation approval. Funds will appear in your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 3-5 additional business days, depending on your bank or processor.

Partial cancellations (e.g., for specific items in a multi-item order) are available where possible, with refunds adjusted accordingly.

Special Circumstances

Our Error: If we confirm an error on our end (e.g., wrong item listed), we’ll cancel and refund immediately, covering any associated fees.
